i have a VPCF23S1E sony vaio model with windows 7, i dont know how restore it to factory settings. anyone can help me please?

On most Sony Vaio models, holding down Alt + F10 as soon as you turn it on will start the factory recovery utility.

Have you checked for overheating? Could be case vents, fans, or CPU heat sink blocked with dust.
