well this is a difficult problem, i probably have a Ton of viruses on my computer that i have no idea how to fix. My norton antirvirus and internet security are both down. I can't access my documents or my music without my comp freezing up. Im getting servere lag while surfing the internet, and it's just all messed up. I try the best i can to keep my computer well and running. I have adaware, spy-sweeper and ive scanned with free online virus scanning and did as much as a i can. But there are some viruses that have already messed up my computer. I'm not sure at all what to do, my comp is going downhill and i have no idea how to fix these virus's and trojan's on my computer.

Sounds like it's time to save what you can and install from scratch. M2 If at first you don't succeed, you're about average.

did you turn off system restore when you run the scans? system restore could be bringing back the deleted files.
