Msqsrv32(Not Responding)

OS: Win98 SE
CPU/Ram: PII 350 128mb RAM

For some reason I can't play games unless I disable the sound, When I try my Computer freezes, and I press Ctrl+Alt+Del and it always has Msqsrv32(Not Responding).
Audio CD's and Mp3's work fine.
Please Help! Thanks.

That is actually talking about Win95, but I wonder if the answer may still apply to Win98.....alternatively, have a look here http://www.windows-help.net/windows98/troub-25.shtml
