I have a msnmsngr virus that wont go away and SEEMS TO BE UNDETECTABLE!!!no matter how many antivirus updates i do it does not seem to go away. it is not the most harmful virus but it is irritating. i managed to isolate the actual virus program, and i zipped it if anyone wants to analyze it(i didnt add the autorun file with it...i thought that would be quite mean) when i startup my computer, it displays the "properties" of this file, and its location is in a restore folder with that very long folder name that gets given to recycle bin folders. help would be appreciated because it is a very persistent virus!

If the supposed virus is undetectable, what makes you think the file is infected? What is the name of the file that you believe has the virus infection? Can you post a screen shot of the window that comes up?

well, i think it is a virus because it copies itself onto all removable drives, and it has an autorun.inf associated with the actual file that has automatically opens the virus. plus i dont even have msn messenger installed on my computer, so obviously it must be a virus. here is a screenshot: http://download347.mediafire.com/ae...
