msn32vv.exe - what?

Comment:
Immediately after logging into Windows I get a warning box: do I want to run "msn32vv.exe", located in /system?
I choose not to. Googling the web for that file revealed absolutely nothing, peculiar. Browsing my systems folder, it was not there... (view system- and hidden files enabled).
It appeared after I ran a possibly infected .scr file (that did not alarm my up to date Avast anti viral).
Have you heard of this particular beast? Or might it be benign? Many thanks :-)

It doesn't, really, I think. Neither the process name (I found it in registry, it's "startkey") nor file name is in their list. And the forum seems pretty sleepy.
Thanks anyway!

You ran an .scr file?!?
NOT a good idea!
If you still have the SCR, email it to me, or a link to the website you got it from. I should be able to tell you what was in it.
