someone sended me a file (zipmap) on msn and it turned out to be a virus when i am on msn my pc automaticly sends a zip map to all my messenger contacts if they open it they also have the virus how can i get rid of it

Try using a different antivirus, maybe a free one such as antivir? Anywho you could also try the online virus scanner Housecall. It's been around for years and is good at removing as a last ditch method. If worst comes to worst reformat. Good luck
