MSN Virus - Trojan Horse

seems i hav contracted a virus in msn wile opening a bogus image file ... avg has detected a virus .. Trojan horse PSW.Generic2.IJS .. it also picked up an infection .. "Downloader.Tibs" ... but doesnt seem to b able to fix or remove
Turn off (Disable)system restore Boot to safe mode Tap(F8)at boot up and shoose safe mode , run the ATF Cleaner, then Ewido Anti-Malware, While in safe mode run a full AVG scan
Reboot and re-enable System restore and run Avg again Post back if you need further assistance

i have dl/ updated programs as suggested ... pls bear with me here, technology and i are not great mates .. i am not so sure bout the "turn off disable system restore part .. where am i doing this lol ...

i hav managed to turn off disable restore lol ..
for the life om me am unable to start the pc in safe mode ... i hav an internet keyboard and hav locked the "F" key .. i hav no idea why i cant get it to start in safe mode ...
is there another way to get to safe mode or am i able to run these 2 programs you recommend safely / effectively in normal mode ??
