after i login to msn messenger, if someone sends me a instant message or i try to do so, the chat window goes blue and MSN is closed with a fatal error.. could someone please help me out with this problem.. i think this is a virus, any antivirus ??

Have you scanned for a virus/trojan? Any strange connections or increased connections identified by your firewall? Have you uninstalled MSN and reinstalled it? It might just be a case the file is corrupted.
