Last evening my wife was on Windows Live Messenger 8.5 when she received an IM from me, which would be impossible as we both can't be on the same PC at the same time. In the IM was a link. Luckily she didn't click the link as she asked me why I was sending her a message. Does anyone know what could be going on and what I should do?

Maybe you have spyware and they know your password and loged in another computer and started sending the link.

Run spybot, ccleaner and install an antivirus I use AVG.

Let me know if you need more help, thanks.
