Comment: My girlfriend is having trouble with her PC. I've been trying to help her, but it's difficult over the net'. Her problem is that, whenever she boots up her PC, McAfee comes up with a dialog saying that she has infected files. It does not, however, let her quarentine them or delete them. She cannot access MSN Messenger or Internet Explorer. Any thoughts?
