Hi, I just upgraded to windows xp home edition. I have been trying to change my home page but it will not change. The page is msn.com. How can I fix this? Also trying to delete msn from my computer and it says file in use and it can't delete it. Please help

First of all XP Home is not an upgrade. Boot to safe mode and see if it works. If it does, run msconfig and disable whatever is in the startup folder. Boot normally and see what happens.
