when i open IE right after i turn on the computer IE goes to the background(becomes grey) and i press alt-tab and there's another program called MSI ..Handling..something it's very frustrating because i have to alt-tab everytime to select IE is this a virus or something? i ran msconfig and it's not in the startup list
