Have you tried Lavasoft's AdAware and SpyBot, you can get them at Wilders.org. Do not go crazy with SpyBot, and delete everything, you need to follow its instructions, but it has a recovery feature should you go to far, as does AdAware. These two programs should be able to get rid of your problem. Take care and all the best!

If,in fact it is a virus/worm...this looks to be your culprit;

Just a guess here, but I think MSAgent is part of MS Office and is installed by Office. Run msconfig and check under the startup tab to see if MSagent is in there. If so uncheck it and reboot and your problem may be gone.

msagent is probably one of those programs websites save without you noticing it. one way is to delete history cookies and files by clicking on tools on your iexplorer another way is to hide the folder which is causing problems

msagent is some sort of program to help your internet working so it isn't that. look for something like ukvideo1 folder and hide it (right click folder properties hidden) done or you can download a ad popup killer. they are crap as they kill any popup though.

Summary: My apologies for the delay. The reason for running the virus scan is because it looks as though you have a virus and this scan will find it plus some malware if you them. Usually always a first step....
