Comment: I have recently installed AD-WARE since I have found out that my computer has a lot of adware, spyware and malware form of virus. It has scanned and quarantined infected files. Then, i have installed another program: norton antivirus 2005. now, every few mins. this pops up: NORTON INTERNET WORM PROTECTION HAS DETECTED AND BLOCKED AN INTRUSION ATTEMPT.
Intrusion: MS ASN1 Integer Overflow TCP
Intruder: 124.106.138.213 (4017)
Risk Level: high
Protocol TCP
Attacked IP: Egirl(124.106.123.19)
Attacked Port: 139 My current OS is Windows XP SP2 is this really for real? what remedy can I do since I have tried downloading the patch, put up a firewall and scanned again the PC. what shall I do next?
