I've been installing M$ antispyware on any systems which need it & I've found that since the latest beta came out I cannot schedule scans to run between midday & midnight - it just resets itself to am (eg if I choose 17.00, updating the schedule changes it to 05.00). This hasn't occurred on just one machine but on many, if not most. Has anyone else come across this together (hopefully) with a cure.

2 things I would check johnr.

1: Control Panel > Date and Time > Time Zone

2: Control Panel > Regional and Language > Regional Options, make sure both regions are correct.

Just a comment about mine. I had mine set to check for updates at 11: pm but it seemed to always want to check for the updates around 10:15 pm to 10:30 pm.

I just recently had changed it to check for updates at 9: pm but it wants to check for them around 8:30 pm. It is like it has a mind of it's own.

I did a google search yesterday but I couldn't come up with anything on this.

I'm not ignorant, I just need more learning!

Thanks for replies. Yes, all regional/time settings are correct. The latest one is a brand-new installation with no chance of any outside influence. The problem hasn't occured on systems which had the 'old' beta installed & then upgraded - only on ones which were a completely new install. Shall keep looking.
