My system was working very well but after the installation of service pack2 my mouse becomes out of control. It automatically moves upwards and stops at the top.when I use windows XP with service Pack1 then this problem is solved.I have the same problm with any mouse. If someone has a solution of this problem then help me.I shall be thankful to you.

the first time I installed service pack 2 it messed up a few things on my computer, and I later discovered it was because my computer was not free of spyware before I installed SP2, which is apparently quite important. I am not sure if that's your problem but you might want to make sure you are completely clean by booting in safe mode by tapping the F8 key during startup, and then scan with ad-aware, spybot s&d and whatever antivirus you use. then reboot and try to install SP2 again. That's my only suggestion.
