you may be better to paste your results in to:
http://hijackthis.de/
and then googling the questionable problems. HJT logs are not allowed unless requested by a regular....I thought that a warning pops up when someone tries to post a HJT log...

Two occurences of iexplore.exe are not that unusual when IE is in use - it can happen. None should show when IE is closed and only one when you first open it to your home page.

That doesn't mean that you have no virus of-course. It would be worth trying MalwareBytes freebie because, even on a quick scan, it can unearth things that AV's miss. SuperAntiSpyware freebie has also been known to do the same.

At a glance, most of the queried items on your log looked legit to me but modern viruses are well able to hide from HJT, so its value is now limited. Make sure you don't kill something off that is important with HJT.

The high CPU usuage is unusual. If no virus is found then it is possible that IE has got screwed. You could reset IE but you will lose some of your settings.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

You might have 2 or more iexplore.exe running if you have Internet Explorer 8 running, one iexplore.exe for each tab. Also make sure that your iexplore.exe is running from C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
