Of course. You can install as many Anti-virus programs as you want. Although, it's not recommended to run more than one.

I wouldn't advise you to use Norton...I've seen it leave so many junk files behind when you try to uninstall it, and if you do decide to uninstall, ALL the imbedded files have to be removed or you won't be able to get online using any other AV of your choice. IMHO Norton is bloatware and could bog your PC down.

Be advised that there can problems if you install more than one antivirus program!Make sure that only one is running as a monitor(real time) and use the second as a second opinion scanner/backup.Some antivirus programs will give you a warning message during install about having another program already installed. If you want another antivirus I would take Avira(AntiVir) over Norton any day.It's free as is Avast.Another good choice.Avira has heuristics,Avast has a mail scanner.Those are the two biggest differences.
