Hey all. I have been using this application at
work, Kaseya. It is for businesses that want to
manage PCs remotely (for new software
installations, Windows Updates, VNC
connections, security, etc). I would like to offer
something very similar to this - a PC
monitoring package - to clients. However I am
a very small business with home users. Does
ANYTHING like this exist for the average user
to install on a client's machine? Thanks for
your help in advance!

I've used Crossloop for a lot of clients - basically like remote desktop but I've found it easier for clients to accept. It's free, easy to use (the client just gives you a code & you're in) - basically just lets you control mouse/keyboard etc. but it doesn't let you transfer files from your pc - I don't think there's a free utility that has that capability.
