Specs: Windows Server 2003
Anyone know why my server might be trying to send data to every 15 minutes?
Because it tries an ipV6 address my non-ipV6 ready security hardware gives a malformed header error (protocol: 41) so I can see it trying.

I understand the point of cashback. But I've never setup a cashback account and my server never connects to eBay.

Does just using the bing search engine generate these calls?

These calls to are made even when no one is on the network -- and they only come from my server, not any of the client PCs.
