this has just popped up saying:
NAME: hdreg
DESCRIPION: forces 1024 resolution to run HDRegAPP
PUBLISHER: NECCI

IS TRYING TO ADD ITSELF TO STARTUP REGISTRY
do i allow it or block it??

I am late ? Is everything working fine. If yes then my suggestion is of now use.

Well here it is "Did you loaded some software and then there was this warning" then it is safe as it is adding registry entery.

I searched NET fot NECCI it refer to DVD.

Pop are meant for you knowing as if you want this to be added or not. Remember the time when it appears if you are doing something i.e. loading software or uninstalling it wether it is from CD or NET then you should allow.

If you are not sure then best option is to click remember then click DENY. you can retrive later these enteries and allow.
