While I can't comment on if the "guy" is correct to tell you to delete those file, but have you tried booting into safe mode and deleting them??

Boot your PC up and wait for the bios screen to finnish loading the the XP loading starts and press the F8 key, a dos screen of text will appear, select safe mode let it boot up and then try removing them.

well every malware installs some files on a computer and if you remove correct files and do it in a right way, the malware should be gone. i guess your friend is sure that you can delete micro av be deleting C:\WINDOWS\onfwbsak.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32geBsqNgG.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32iifcaYpQ.dll

he might be right, although micro av removal tutorials i find recommends deleting other files. here's micro av removal

if you can't decide what files to delete, i recommend running antispyware scan and let it take care of everything.
