Comment: There's something wrong with my home page for IE. Every time I open up IE, the home page is http://searchclub.ws/ or something similar. I change it every time but it keeps on comming up. Can anyone help me?

Reply: Go here, download cwshredder. http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html It comes as a zip...unzip, d. click on cwshredder.exe, check for updates, once updated, close all browser windows, click fix (not just scan) It should remove the cool web search hijack. searchclub.ws is part of cool web search hijackware. Reply: Had the same problem with a home page hijack by a search engine. Having windows XP I restored my PC to a date about two weeks prior to the takeover and voila the hijacker was gone.
