Comment:

My computer has become infected with Trojan.Mebroot, this virus is MBRand I cant remove it.

I have:
-formated my hardrives
-fixed the MBR

this trojan seems to be immune to virus removal tools, even bitdefenders

can somebody please tell me how to get this of this thing.

If you reformatted and did a completely new install, you need to make sure you have your anti-virus software installed and running before getting online.

the problem is that mebroot just keeps appearing.

i reformatted and bitdefender spotted it even before my wireless was connected for the first time.

So you removed all partitions and actually reformatted the entire drive, then reinstalled? Did you copy any data back onto the machine?
