Comment: just curious can someone be using my pc as a proxy server. i mean with out special software installed just with xp default settings or would they actually have to have access either local or remote already to set it up that way? got some funny ip's in netstat that dont seem to to trace back to any lookup or legit origin's..
so basically am i just paranoid?..lol I play games so I can kill you without going to prison or hell!!!

Reply: a little paranoia is a good thing. What ports are open on your system? I just checked setstat -an on my ME system while I was in this forum. There were several connections open to a port 80 at
spinbox.techtracker.com and image.versiontracker.com. I'm not sure how they open without ZA Free 4.5 prompting me. ZA does prompt me from time to time about outbound requests from this site.

Reply: I just installed Kerio personal firewall 2.1.5 to replace ZA. It is amazing what tries to open ports. ZA Pro may show the same info. tar6et, get a firewall that shows the details & you will know who is trying to open ports. Expect to get a lot of prompts.
