I am suprised M$ bothered. I have much better luck with Symantec products and tech support. Of course that may be why McAfee is selling out, stocks are tumbling.

Microsoft recently announced they would jump in the antivirus arena. I tried to figure, how in this world, the company that produces such a 'patchy' OS (which probably gives business opportunity to all those AV companies) is entrying into this game? No wonder.......

Bill's favorite word is Monopoly. The FTC and DOJ has been on his back for years.
The reason he gave 150 million to Apple is because it's easier to give them the money and keep them in business than it is to bribe all the members of the justice dept.
