Hi, i have a problem with mcafee security suite 2006. ever since it has been installed, the system tray icon is black on startup, and all services are disabled. My startup is setup as one user and no password, so there is logging in and I am taken automatically to my account.
Right and left click do not work on the icon and none of the mcafee programs can be opened from anywhere. this problem is rectified however when i log out and log back in.

I've come across this before, this is sometimes caused after an installation because mcAfee needs to be verified first before it will work, but you usually get a pop-up straight after windows loads telling you this and it takes you to the McAfee website to do this

thanks, but ive already verified, i am certain. however, i have allowed automated login of the administrator account in mcafee, and the splash screen loader is on. does anyone have any more suggestions?
