Comment: Get pop up C:\DOCUMEN~1\marcia\Desktop\McAfee\SPAMKI~1\McMapi. when I open Outlook 2000. Haven't had McAfee since 2/2006. Have looked everywhere and can find no McAfee files on the computer. DEtect and Repair does not eliminate pop-up. Upograded to Office 2003. ALl programs work fine except OUtlook 2003. Can't open. Pop up appears and another po-up appears as it shuts down "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened". Have tried reinstalling, uninstalling and reinstalling OUtlook 2000. NOT ONE OUTLOOK PROGRAM WORKS> What can I do!!! Marcia

Reply: Have you tried a reg cleaner , there must still be some remanants in there somewhere
Look for Mcafee or Network associates also
