I prefer NAV but Symantec pissed me off pretty bad last year and since then I have stayed away. If I had to make a choice I would take NAV but since you do have a choice you might consider Panda and take a look at NOD32 as well.

Though I walk through the valley of Microsoft, I shall fear no OS for skills are with me

Out of the 2 Av`s for a business i would go with Norton, but i wouldn`t recommend those 2 Av`s to protect a business. If you want the best Av protection for your business then i would recommend Nod32,or Kaspersky.

TAKE CARE!

Hate to bust your bubble on which one to pick, but recently found out that Microsoft plans to take over the AntiVirus protection world within the next year or so?

Yea, thats right.... Microsoft!

Microsoft officials have noted that they plan to copy what other AntiVirus protection has to offer and make theirs even better.

Some Symantec/McAfee designers have been scouted by Microsoft and have offered more $ just to move over to the almighty Microsoft giant.

As everything.... If you have the big money, then you can buy anyone!

When this all occurs is still unknown, but be aware that it will happen in the soon to be future.

u couldnt give me a copy of NAV or macfee, over the years they just plain arent the best at what they should do...thats my opinion, too many failed virus detects and watched them be pacmaned out..it was too funny plus its bloated and bundled with useless tools, be fine if most would work the way it should.

in conclusion, most of your hackers, crackers, programmers aim to destroy macfee and norton as they know that is "what is bundled" with 90% of the computers sold, so ask yourself this..u in the 90% threat rate or 10%.

so its nice to see these peps starting to reccommend NOD32 as i reccommended this product 6 months ago over norton. if u use it u will see my point...but use whatever makes u happy..bottom line is if it works for you thats all that matters, i want the best for my customers, myself and peps that what to explore better software makers.

For business I would strongly suggest Trend Micro, it has really good real time scanning aswell as a large amount of virus definitions.
