Mcafee blocking email

My mom is asking me for help and I don't know what to tell her. She installed McAfee today and now she can't get to outlook express and get her email. Her email provider said McAfee is blocking it. They coached her through removing it but it doesn't show up as McAfee anything on her program list. Any ideas on what else it might be called or anything else she can do? Thanks!

Afternoon, Not being too familiar with McAfee, I can only suggest that you check for an Application Control in the McAfee program. Your e-mail might be blocked there. If it is, you can change the permissions for the e-mail there. Others in the Forum who are more familiar with McAfee will probably be able to help you out a lot more than I can. just my thoughts, XDon
