I Installed McAfee from the main User account which has Admin privileges. Everything launched in this account works as expected. I also have one other account with Admin privileges and 2 accounts with Limited privileges. From these accounts I am unable to print from Outlook Express or Internet explorer. The normal Print dialogue is not even launched. Nothing happens. Also some websites do not populate and some buttons on websites do not work. If I uninstall McAfee, it all starts working again.

Fortunately my problem is now solved with the inspired guidance of the second level technical support from McAfee. The process took about 4 hours and although I didn't follow everything that the technical support guy did, the critical step appeared to be downloading something called subinacl.msi from Microsoft and then Resetting the ACLs so it was a security access issue of some sort that was precipitated by the installation of McAfee Total Protection.
