...just posted an HJT log a half-hour ago from my nephew's computer, some of it I can figure out the rest of it I need help with. Oddly, it's the first time I ever got a pop-up windows warning me my post may be removed for posting it without someone asking me for it first.
VOILA! It was removed!
Would someone, I think the pop-up asked for an expert to ask for it, ask to to post it so I can get some help with it?
Thank you.

Karl,
I removed your post and since you have been very genuine in your plea for help I will ask you a few questions first.
Have you run Spybot and Ad-Aware as well as Cwshredder on the system? We need a lot of information as to what has been done/tried. If you have taken these steps go ahead and post a log file in a new post.
KTTD
No, I will not fix your computer

Thanks, Kevin. Here's the log. I've done some work on it already after getting a hand with it at another forum. I appreciate ANY input as I am eager to learn this software and lend a hand here.

Hi Karl, KTTD, hello everyone
Karl,
Have hijackthis remove the following items.
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SysUpd] C:\WINDOWS\SYSUPD.exe
O8 - Extra context menu item: LimeShop Preferences - file://C:\Program Files\LimeShop\System\Temp\limeshop_script0.htm
Restart the computer and then delete the file SYSUPD.exe in the Windows folder.
Best Regards,
Mesich

You can submit SYSUPD.EXE to Lavasoft, so they can include it in the next update.
That way, you will be helping more
people than you will ever know.http://www.lavahelp.com/submit/
