Hi my daughter has been infected with marketscore(netsetter)adware se and spybot can and have removed it the problem is she cannot get on the internet when we remove it. Our isp cannot get us back on line she is on ADSL they have tried what they said is everything we will need to format and reinstall we have left marketscore(netsetter) on for now till we work out what to do. Can anyone help with this and keep out internet connection alive. Kaz

Thankyou very much for your replies, thanks Paul I am going to try the fix tool tonight. I will let you know how I go.
