Reply: tried that already. All the files that they say remove are not on my computer. They also say you hvae to scan using their scan product. I don't have it. so I can't scan with it.

Reply: Oh, I thought you said you could not find removal instructions. If you do not have a antivirus prgram that can remove it, Trend Micro provides a free on line scan at http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Reply: I geuss I wasn't absolutely clear about what I needed. I found the removal instructions that you refer to. I tried it. I also tried housecall and it finds nothing. My antivirus finds nothing but I keep getting popups and the office scan client I run, tells me that wupdt.exe is trying to access the internet. Temp file is full of troj_imiserv.c stuff.

Reply: Empty the temp internet files and off line content files. Then download a trial of TDS and use it to scan for the trojan from here http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=download

Reply: Another question, have you ran your antivirus scan while in the safe mode? I am a little surprised that your antivirus program cannot clean/repair/delete this.
