Malware removal

I read through the forums here, I have 2 files infected with 'New Malware.j', mssearchnet.exe and nvctrl.exe, both seem to have put themselves inside winlogon.exe.

I ran Hijackthis, will post results after someone can conform how to correctly scan etc. Haven't done anything with the results since I doon't know what to do. McAffee couldn't fix it.
