I have a lot of pop ups without even being on the internet, it runs slow, need help ASAP please help

You should scan your computer with Malwarebytes in Safe Mode (Restart the computer and press F8 and select Safe Mode). Malwarebytes should must be updated. You should also delete all temporary files, temporary internet files, prefetech and remove all unwanted software or program through the Add/ Remove program. You should also optimize internet explorer. Open internet explorer> Tools Menu > Internet option> Delete cookies, delete files, and clear history. Set security level in default level. Go to "content" tab and clear SSL. Go to "Advanced" tab and click on restore default. And unchecked or remove tick mark from " Enable third party extensions" Click OK and restart the computer and check.
