Malware disabled SysRet & Defrag

Hello, this is my first post, and of course, I'm finding I'm not alone with this malware. Symptoms are wiped out system restore, unable to save a system restore date, cannot run disk defrag, AntiVirus2009 pop ups, redirects in IE for any antivirus searches, etc.

Full disclosure, I got this from a russian torrent site that I should have known better to be using. Hindsight is 20/20 of course, but this will teach me a valuable lesson.

Your replies to similar attacks that I have read through are very detailed, and I am asking for some help along those lines. Thanks in advance to whoever can work with me !!

I am on at work right now, but will be able to start the process later this afternoon and will post all requested logs, etc.
