I have a hijackthis log file, but it said not to post it unless requested.

Any help is appreciated

if spybot detected that thing it should have offered you an option to delete it or quarantine or something like that. anti spyware is always the easier and safer way than specified tools or manual removal. that's why i suggest you to try another anti spyware to remove the threat you have. here are some free anti-spyware.

Spybot said it couldn't delete the file, and nothing else has worked. I've run everything I have, in safe mode, and still I get these popups. If someone will tell me what files to get rid of I will just delete them or use killbox to get them out.
here is my hijackthis file
