Hi! NSW detected a malicious script (Helpctr.exe) and i blocked it. I don't understand what this is, do I have a virus or something? pls help.

Hello Chris; I would not delete that...I am pretty sure that it has something to do with Microsoft Help and Support. I'm not sure why yours was detected as malicious, so maybe somebody with some more knowledge that what I have can enlighten you on that. But I do not think you have anything to worry about. Hope this helps a little.

I believe that Helpctr.exe uses scripting to proceed with its duties. Nortan may think that its scripting is malicious, but it's not.
