Major Virus Problems

I am having a major problem with my computer. The best I can describe it is my computer is contantly popping up with "adware removal" stuff online and programs and my desktop. I also have something called netko32.exe and iphb32.exe constantly using up my CPU. Help as soon as possible would be great.

Spybot S&D is the only spyware cleaner I use and it works great!
Make sure to up-date it before using it. 1-Check for problems 2-Fix Problems 3-Immunize
I find being an electrician is interesting, but the work is shocking

I have run Spybot which is what I use normally, I have run panda active scan, and I have even gone through using hijackthis trying to get rid of stuff, but so far I am still having problems. Can anyone help me more in depth and find the core of the problem?

I swear by SPysweeper and I have serviced allot of PCs who's owners used other programs and never found a thing. they have a free on line scan now.. in the top right corner here... http://www.webroot.com/ Other than that type in MSCONFIG in your start/run and check whats starting up. Monotonous through process of illimination but very effective.
