Reply: Firewalls are always good. If you are behind a router you might be able to get away without a firewall but a quick google for "MAC OS firewall" should give you what you need. I don't think you need an anti-virus program yet but it never hurts if you want to be extra safe. Tech Alpha Computer Forums
