Comment: Ok. I used an updated version of spyware stormer and then found out that it is bad. So, I am getting the fated "lsass.exe - system error the endpoint format is invalid" and I don't know what to do. I cannot access my computer at all: no safe mode or anything. I do have a BartPE disk that I can use as a bootdisk, but it is outdated. Also, as this is a new computer, I had not yet made the recovery disks. I just need to access the information on my harddrive for a test next week. Beyond that I don't mind clearing the system. So, I need help in accessing the files or, even better, if anyone knows of a bootdisk program that will clear the problem up. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you. sDg
