i have a worm or virus or something and its called lsass.exe.. i tryed many times to delete it, like search it on my computer. i found 2 programs called lsass.exe but i cant delete them... i searched on the internet for it and downloaded 100's of antivirus programs and that stuff.. but still.. i also have an other program founded in task manager to: svchost.exe. i googled it and it says it has some connection with lsass.exe or something.. can someone help me??? please this is really annoying!

Sloeber, If your computer is shutting down due to a lsass.exe message you probably picked up the W32/Sasser.worm. W32/Sasser.worm http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_125007.htm Use this tool to get rid of it: http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/ Also take a look here: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/MS04-011.mspx And be sure to get windows up-to-date from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com DON'T delete the lsass.exe or the svchost.exe files as they are viable Windows files.
