lsass.exe , devldr32.exe

Specs: Windows XP
When I start up my computer, I get both lsass.exe application failed to initialize (0xc0000142) also devldr32.exe application failed to initialize (0xc0000142), after I click on ok to continue, the devldr32.exe box disappears, and the lsass.exe box appears, but when I click ok for that one nothing happens it just hangs on there and there is a black screen behind it. I NEED HELP THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS !! I have tried reinstalling windows xp, but my cd drives apparently are not working right, nothing appears on screen when I put the disc in the drive and you can hear it working but nothing on screen PLEASE HHHHEEEELLLLLPPPPP !!!!!! Thanks ahead of time for any and all help.

Mostly probabal you have a malware. It looks like a sasser worm alothough I'm not sure. Anyway, have a look at Microsoft recommendations. And there is also a nice utility that checks your computer and tells you wheither you have a malware or not: Security Task Manager
