Lsass virus non-removal tools

Just built a PC and from previous experience i had fully update firewall and antivirus programs installed before going online,surprise surprise i get the your computer is going to shutdown in 60 seconds thing mentioning lsass.exe.Now i've tried about 5 of the non-removal tools,are there any 'removal' tools that actually work?I don't have the sasser virus incidentally,or knowing the 'removal' tools maybe i do lol,how do i cure this shutdown in 60 seconds thing once and for all!

Try Start Run and type shutdown -a This should abort the shutdown.
