Lots of viruses spyware and popups!

I have a lot of viruses, spyware , trojans and I keep getting random pop ups and WinAntiSpyware 2006 installed itself on my computer. Can somebody help me out? I have a HJT log on hand.

Have you ran any/all of your anti-virus and anti-spyware apps to see what all got on there and if they could at least remove some of it?

Try this free On-line Spyware Scan
and remove all it finds

You may also consider upgrading to SP2 and that has an excellent pop-up blocker, just make sure your system has all spyware removed before upgrading or you will run into more problems
