Comment: In tring to control a routing hacker on our system. I changed my admin user account password. Strange, but at that time, my computer did a lockup. After turning it off with the power button, I find that my system does not accept the new or old password. I have only the one admin user account, and this limit account access. Witch I can't add or change anything with. Is there an answer to this? Something to clean the system or retrive the password. I know this sounds fishy but It is My true problem. Thanks

Reply: It isn't very often that I offer this tool for support. It is far to powerful for the general public, and should only be used by administrators and IT pro's. Please do not use this tool for the dark side. (it can recover any password, off any networked computer on your LAN) http://www.oxid.it/cain.html If you can't figure it out, post a message, and I will offer some support.

Reply: I am not sure, I have heard another say this to. It isnt a virus, the program is 100% clean. I think it may have something to do with how the program is written. As it is used to find hidden passwords on a pc or a network, perhaps Norton finds this alittle leary. I can't blame them. But like I said, its a well reknowned company and software app. You can trust it.
