Comment: When XP boots on my PC, I click my log on logo but a message appears telling me I have a virus and that I need to perform a scan. I cannot close the message, I can only re-boot, but the same thing happens. Even booting into Safe Mode brings the same message up. Can anyone tell me of another way of booting up? The only virus program I have is the one that comes with the AOL broadband software HELP!

Reply: I'm not an XP user but I assume that Crl-Alt-Del Keys together bring up the Task Manager. If so, does this allow you to End Task in order to at least get shot of the message? Derek.W
