Hey all,
Looking to implement local user permissions from admin priv's on some client pc's. Wondering if there are any good resources out there that describe the process of customizing user rights to allow some of the things that are by default disabled. For instance view system clock (is there a way to allow view but not modify?) Power schemes, etc. I am trying to avoid any local setting above user...would like to not have to implement power users, debuggers, etc.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance
