Ensure your definition files are totally updated then:

1. Turn off "System Restore"
2. Reboot your computer BUT into "Safe Mode"
3. Re run your scans in Safe Mode
4. Reboot your computer
5. Turn "System Restore" back on
6. Download "Spyware Blaster" from here

http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

update its files and this program will "run in the background" and attempt to keep most naughties from loading in thr first place (it is also free!!).

Post back if further problems OR doing the above is not easy.

It sounds as if it is a trojan horse... you mentioned all the anti-spyware tools you have but what about anti-virus ??? I personally use AVG it is lighter thatn Norton and McAfee and it is 100% free..

Get it here http://www.majorgeeks.com/download886.html

then read this article "How To Clean An Infected Computer"
